The benefits of a 108 MP camera should be even better on the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung’s next flagship smartphone. A known leaker has outlined that the extent of the device’s display curvature, too.

While Samsung is not expected to launch the Galaxy S22 series until Q1 2022, plenty of details have already leaked. Now, @UniverseIce has revealed more information, but only about the Galaxy S22 Ultra this time. For reference, the Galaxy S22 Ultra is believed to resemble the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

In two tweets, @UniverseIce claims that Samsung has improved its flagship 108 MP ISOCELL camera sensor. Presumably, these improvements will come in the way of a new sensor, possibly the ISOCELL HM4 or the ISOCELL HM5. Samsung has not spoken about either sensor yet, but it has been almost a year since the company announced the ISOCELL HM3.

Additionally, @UniverseIce has shed light on the curvature of the Galaxy S22 Ultra’s display. Supposedly, the display will be about as curved as the Galaxy Note 10+, rather than the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

Regardless, this would mean that the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a stronger curvature than the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is also thought to feature the Exynos 2200, an SoC with an RDNA 2-based GPU. Only the Galaxy S22 Ultra may launch with Samsung’s next premier Exynos chipset, though.
