As soon as Samsung starts reusing Ultra cameras and implementing a gapless hinge, they’ll steamroll. As things stand, after seeing the Mate X2 and Find N’s cameras, I find the Fold’s cameras to not be good. An Ultra’s set of cameras is mandatory for me when thinking about how much you pay for a folding phone.

?

This is not a phone. It is sword hahahahahhahaha

Z Fold4, so sleek and sexy device. Still, I am doomed stick to my Note 20 Ultra and S22 Ultra since battery life is key for power users and with that screen estate on Fold4 the battery will be dead without making a day. If only Samsung could fix this in the future with min 6000mAh capacity. And on top, though I realize it is wishful thinking IR blaster in all flagship phones. I don’t want to abandon the Samsung ship but it is high time they do something about battery capacity in all phones

But realistically, the Samsung Foldables are easily the best, and most complete on the market. Even if the competition made it out of china, samsung would still dominate with ease

Ahh good old Sammy sung pioneer of foldable smartphones

But yet still offer the worse foldable hardware in terms of execution especially on the folder outer screen

Oppo find N and even vivo’s latest foldable are much better

Again I’m not talking about camera or software or price

Just the pure practicality of the fold itself

After seeing the disappointment of the Motorola Razr 3 design, I’m only interested in the Google Pixel Notepad. I really don’t care of a Oppo and Huawei clamshell. They’ll never sell where I live and I don’t want to ColorOS or lack Google Services.

The Oppo Find N won’t let me change the launcher. That’s lame. I don’t care if OnePlus Find N comes out. Still owned by BBK and their ruining the industry. The only foldables I’ll get come from Samsung or Google. But I want the Fold to have a built-in S-Pen. Maybe wait for the Fold 5.

I tried going back using my Pixel 3. I can’t go back to a slab. Content with my flip phones. Already 8 months and so used to closing them shut.

It’s good that you don’t spend money on this technology that is still green and apparently has a long way to go to mature! I will continue with the tile type phones for a while longer

t

still too tall and narrow when folded, it looks wierd

I thought the Z range of devices was supposed to be innovative and exciting.
But here we are with the same device three years in a row. As a Fold 2 user I can’t see the point in upgrading if I can’t tell the Fold 4 apart from my 2020 device.
Competition can’t come soon enough.
