Samsung Galaxy A53 5G has become more affordable. Samsung has slashed the price of its last year’s launched Galaxy A53 5G in India. The smartphone comes in two variants and both versions have witnessed a price drop. Samsung Galaxy A53 5G is powered by Samsung’s own Exynos chipset and sports a 64MP main camera.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G: New price
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G comes in two variants — 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 34,499 and Rs 35,999 respectively. Both the versions have received a price cut of Rs 3,000. After the price drop, customers can purchase the 6GB variant at Rs 31,499 and the 8GB version at Rs 32,999. The mid-range smartphone can be purchased in Awesome Black, Awesome White, Awesome Blue and Awesome Peach colour options.
Samsung is also giving an exchange offer of up to Rs 15,000 on the smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G specifications
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display offers a 120Hz refresh rate and it is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on top.
The mid-range Samsung smartphone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 1280 processor coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 1TB by adding a microSD card.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Samsung One UI 4.1. The smartphone sports a quad rear camera with a 64MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, a 5MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture, and LED flash. The front is home to a 32MP selfie shooter.
Samsung Galaxy A53 5G comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos. The smartphone comes with an IP67 rating which makes it water-resistant.
The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. The company claims that the smartphone can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes. Samsung Galaxy A53 5G comes with Samsung Knox, which is a privacy dashboard and allows you to manage permissions and control the information that apps on your device have access to.
